“GG's Yard is a beautiful venue which succeeds in being cosy and spacious all at the same time with friendly, helpful staff and a great wedding atmosphere. It's idyllically located with commanding views of the Dumfries & Galloway coastline. There are many cosy corners with sofas and soft chairs, and wood-burning stoves add extra cosiness. The wedding dinner was delicious with individual beef joints delivered to each table for carving. I felt welcome and at home thanks not only to Kieran and Eilidh and their families, but also to the friendly, attentive staff of GG's Yard.”

The venue is such a stunning place to be in, an incredible layout with a beautiful view over the sea, and (Proprietors please take note) the staff were an absolute credit to you and the venue, they were so very friendly and welcoming and ensured such a smooth running of the day. a refreshing change from venues i have been to in the past. “The views are simply stunning, and the cleanliness is outstanding! We felt very safe and all cleaning protocols re covid were adhered to. We had a wonderful time, only 2 days, but will definitely book again. Staff were very helpful. We stayed in Poppy Pasture snug which was really meant for 2, but the other family ones were booked so they very kindly added beds for kids who slept on floor. It worked perfectly!
