Covid-19 Travel Information

 

Scotland’s tourism and hospitality industry is now open with some restrictions in place under Tier 1 regulations. Restrictions on movement in mainland Scotland has been lifted entirely which means we will be able to welcome residents from Scotland, England Wales and Northern Ireland. As of 21st June travel to and from Bedford, Blackburn with Darwen, Bolton, Manchester and Salford is only allowed for permitted reasons.

Below we have highlighted the current rules outlined by the Scottish Government with regards to travelling and hospitality during the pandemic. The protection level strategic framework can be seen here.

Important – it is your responsibility to understand if you are able to visit Laggan based on your location and government restrictions.

 

travel and Holidays

As of 21st June travel to and from Bedford, Blackburn with Darwen, Bolton, Manchester and Salford is only allowed for permitted reasons.

Dumfries and Galloway is now in a Tier 1 area. We are able to accept bookings for guest from three household in one property.

 

HOSPITALITY RULES

Restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars can open indoors for the consumption of food and non alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks can be served indoors.

Up to 8 people from 3 households can socialise indoors at Gather.

Gather will be serving food inside from:

  • Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm (last food orders at 4pm)
  • Friday – Sunday 9am – 10pm (last food orders at 7.45pm)
