The Menu

Our cooking and menu design is based upon the principle of simple food executed perfectly.

At Laggan, we are dedicated to the use of local ingredients, combined with international influences and flavours, to create a contemporary dining experience.

Our menus change to reflect the seasons and we aim to use local producers as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.

From good old brekky rolls to ‘fresh aff the griddle’ pancakes or waffles, we’ve got brunch covered.
