Join us at Gather on the 16th July for a delicious Euro Asian Fusion Feast! From savoury pakoras to fragrant curry, and tender kebabs, join us for a flavourful fusion feast from East to West!

On the night, guests can delve into a specially created Euro-Asian menu designed by our talented Chefs at Gather.

STARTERS

Scottish Salmon Yakitori (GF)

Scottish Salmon Skewers Grilled with Japanese Yakitori sauce served with Pickle Radish

Smoked Haggis Kebab with Minted Yoghurt Dip

Spiced and Smoked Haggis Kebab served on Mini Flatbread with Minted Yoghurt.

Atlantic Haddock Pakora with Mint chutney

Traditionally Deep Fried Pakora of Haddock with Gram flour and blended spices served with Mint and coriander chutney.

Grilled Halloumi Satay with Peanut sauce (V) (GF)

Grilled Dumfriesshire Halloumi Skewers served with homemade peanut sauce.

Vietnamese Corn & Sweet Potato Cakes with sweet chili sauce (V)(GF)

Traditional Corn and Scottish sweet potato cakes deep fried and served with sweet chili sauce

MAIN MEALS

Cantonese style beef and broccoli Stir fry (GF)

Scottish beef Stir fry with homemade Cantonese sauce along with broccoli tender stem, sticky jasmine rice and prawn crackers.

Butter Chicken Pies

Traditional New Delhi style Butter chicken baked in flaky pies served with mushy peas, Masala fries and wee jug of curry sauce.

Kanom Jeen Nam Ya (Thai Fish curry with rice noodles)

Traditional Thai curry of Scottish Salmon hand minced and simmered in rich coconut flavored broth served on top of steamed rice noodles, Toasted peanuts, Basil, lime and served with prawn crackers.

Vegetable Khow Suey (V) (GF)

Burmese Khow Suey a traditional coconut and rice noodles slow cooked with Broccoli florets, Bean sprouts and Parsnips. Served with Toasted peanuts, Basil, lime and Thai chili.

Butternut Squash & Pea Korma (V) (GF)

South Indian Korma made of rich coconut broth with whole spices and caramelized onions.

Served with steamed basmati rice and poppadom

DESSERT

Kulfi Riz au lait (GF)

Warm rice pudding with cardamom and pistachio kulfi, salted caramel sauce.

Callebaut chocolate mousse mochi

Dark chocolate mousse filled with Asian mochi dough served with passion gel and Earl Grey tea foam.
