With P6/7 pupils at the helm, this event is poised to impress guests and showcase the talent and creativity of Gatehouse Primary School.

The project aims to empower the pupils to take charge and show every aspect within the hospitality industry, from planning the menu, working in the kitchen, crafting mocktails to marketing the event and hosting it with flair!

This event represents a remarkable opportunity for the kids to grow their talents, creativity, and leadership skills.

With roles and responsibilities assigned to a front of house and bar team, kitchen team and marketing team.

THE PERFECT PLATTER

Hot melting Camembert with a selection of hot and cold savoury items. Served with homemade Tiger bread and tomato, basil and garlic bread.

GATEHOUSE PRIMARY’S STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

Garnished with raspberry meringues, honeycomb, lemon balm and strawberry gel.
