We are blessed to have an amazing team here at Laggan including chefs from South India!

The menu costs £30 per person and includes 3 courses from our South Indian Menu.

STARTERS

Beef Dry Fry with Butter Garlic pitta

Tender Beef Strips marinated with home ground south Indian spices and deep fried until crispy served with fresh lime.

Grilled Curry leaf prawns (GF)

Griddle cooked King prawn marinated with fresh curry leaves, garlic, lime and black pepper.

Chicken 65

Deep fried chicken thighs marinated with Kashmiri chilies and ginger garlic paste served with minted yoghurt dip

Cauliflower 65 (V) (Ve) (GF)

Deep fried cauliflower florets marinated with Kashmiri chilies and ginger garlic paste served with minted yoghurt dip

Madras Potato cutlet (V)

Curried potato cutlet with home ground spices pans seared served with beetroot chutney

Chicken Ishtew| Paratha

Marinated Chicken thighs slow cooked in rich coconut milk gravy with potatoes, carrots and pea, served with Flaky Paratha.

Mushroom & Green pea Moilee, Basmati Rice, Poppadom (V) (Ve) (GF)

Vegetable curry of button mushroom and Garden peas simmered in spiced coconut gravy, served with steamed basmati, Poppadom.

DESSERTS

Palada Pradhaman (GF)

Traditional Kerala dessert of Rice flakes cooked with coconut milk, green cardamon and jaggery. Topped with nuts and raisins fried with Ghee (Indian Clarified Butter)

Mysore Pak

Originated from Princely province of Mysore which is made from Gram flour, Ghee and chopped Almond flakes.
