Join us at Gather for a tasting evening with the ‘liquid deli’ Demijohn.

At £49 per person, guests will be treated to seven beautiful tasting plates perfectly paired with Demijohn’s range of oils, vinegars, spirits and cordials.

About DemiJohn

The world’s first ‘liquid deli’, Demijohn is an eco-friendly family business based near Castle Douglas. From liqueurs, oils, vinegars to gins and cordials, the liquid deli sells an incredible range of delicious products in their refillable bottles. Using unique taste combinations, Demijohn experiements with flavours bringing an exciting twist to dishes and drinks. We love the lime and chilli cordial!

The Night

The evening starts at 6pm where you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome from the team at Gather and Demijohn owners Angus and Frances Ferguson. You’ll then start the night with a Demijohn cocktail whilst listening to a talk from Angus Ferguson about the brand, its history and its mouth watering products.

Please note, due to the nature of a tasting menu evening, unfortunately we are not able to cater for any dietary requirements
