WE’RE CELEBRATING GREAT BRITISH BEEF WEEK
From Tuesday April 23rd to April 30th, we’re proudly participating in and celebrating Great British Beef Week, a national event created by the esteemed farmer group Ladies in Beef. This week-long celebration unites farmers, supermarkets, butchers, farm shops, bistros, and restaurants to showcase the versatility and exceptional taste of naturally delicious British beef. And at Gather we’re proud to be a part of this tradition!
From classic favourites to innovative creations, there’s something for every beef enthusiast!
Beefy Delights: Sink your teeth in some of our offerings available throughout the week on our specials menu!
- Succulent Gyros Beef Sandwiches, packed with roasted red peppers, dressed rocket served with tzatziki & oregano fries
- Hearty Beef Lasagne accompanied with fresh dressed salad and garlic bread
- Tender Spicy Kerala beef pepper fry – Perfect as a starter!
- Teriyaki beef stir fry with red onion & peppers served with steamed rice and prawn crackers
- Scottish beef steaks, served with vine tomatoes, wild mushrooms, house fries and peppercorn sauce
Plus, we’ll be serving up Gathers Sunday Beef Roast dished up with Yorkshire pudding, roast carrots, roast tatties, garden peas, broccoli & red wine gravy, not to be missed!
Locally Sourced and Sustainable:
At Laggan, we’re committed to supporting local producers and promoting sustainability. That’s why we source our beef from the renowned Grierson’s Bros Butchers of local town Castle Douglas, ensuring the highest quality while minimising our environmental footprint. Every bite you take supports our community and the planet!
Our Great British beef menu will be available from
- Tuesday 12 noon – 5pm
- Wednesday – Sunday 12 noon – 8pm
- Monday – Tuesday 12 noon – 5pm.
