Join us at Laggan for a two-night wellness retreat where the focus is entirely on you!
You’ll be staying in our Sea View Snugs which provide a therapeutic base for you to truly switch off and unwind.
With a stunning coastal backdrop, our two-hour yoga session at GG’s Yard with yoga trainer Jo will help to increase your flexibility, muscle strength and energy levels. You’ll then refuel over a healthy brunch at Gather, a place where good food and good views are good for the soul.
After brunch, local guide Douglas McDavid will take you on a walk through the Galloway Hills where you’ll soak in beautiful views and breathe in fresh country air.
At the end of both days, you’ll drift off to sleep in your Snug where eye masks and lavender oil will be waiting.
We guarantee you’ll return home feeling refreshed and ready to tackle life!

• Arrive and settle into your Snug from 4pm
• Relax and enjoy the sea views
• Dinner at Gather from 6pm (see menu below and time allocations will be given)
• Head back to your Snug for a good night’s sleep

• Enjoy the provided fruit, cereal bars and tea and coffee
• Wellness yoga session with Jo at GG’s yard at 9am until 11am
• Brunch at Gather at 11.30am (see menu below)
• At 1.30pm gather at Gather to meet Douglas our guided hill walker
• Return from your hill walk late afternoon
• Rest and recharge in your Snug before dinner
• Dinner at Gather at 6pm (see menu below)
• Enjoy another comfortable and good sleep after your day of exercise!
