Reflecting on Last Year’s Festive Success with Belles & Thistles Wreath Making

As we welcome the blossoms of spring, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the heart-warming success of our Christmas wreath making event held by Maybelle from Belles & Thistles last November. Despite the chilly air, the warmth filled the room as we gathered to craft beautiful wreaths and make a difference!

Reflecting on last year’s event fills us with immense pride, knowing that together, we raised an impressive £640 for Marie Curie. This remarkable contribution was made possible by the kindness and enthusiasm from Maybelle, generously donating a percentage from ticket sales. It’s worth noting that this donation was already included in the ticket price, highlighting Maybelle’s commitment to giving back and supporting causes close to our hearts.

This contribution supports Marie Curie in their vital work, providing care and comfort to those facing terminal illness and their families.

Led by our talented in-house florist, our Christmas Wreath Making workshop is a great way to kick off festive celebrations and to get into the spirit. Maybelle’s expertise and passion for floristry guides participants to craft a beautiful wreath to take home.

As we look back on the success of last year’s event, we’re filled with gratitude for the opportunity to host this event and help make a difference in the lives of others.

Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that our Christmas wreath making event will return this year with Belles & Thistles. Stay tuned for more details on dates, times, and how you can reserve your spot.
