GG's Yard

Food and Drink

head Chef Jamie Muirhead leads the kitchen team at GG’s Yard.

With over 30 years experience, Jamie is a real asset to our team and makes our couples’ special day even more memorable.

Jamie’s wedding menu inspiration comes from local produce, combined with the seasons. Working closely with our couples, Jamie will help them see a different angle or give an exciting twist to dishes they would like to have on their big day.

Aiming to make every guest say ‘wow’ with meals that are served, Jamie aspires to make guests walk away with the memory of a wedding meal that was nothing short of fantastic.

When he isn’t developing and creating new recipes in our kitchen, you’ll find him at home enjoying his daughter’s home-made pancakes.

When it comes to picking what food you want at your wedding, we don’t restrict your options. From canapés and main wedding breakfast through to evening food options, we guarantee your food will be exquisite.
