Sous Chef at Gather

‘Gather’ at Laggan, situated on the beautiful Solway Coast, now has an opportunity for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen brigade.

You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position and will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday with only straight shifts worked over a 5 day week.

Passion for food from around the globe an absolute necessity as well as excellent time keeping, creativity and kitchen organisation.

FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM AT GATHER

With great food comes great customer service and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team. We have a variety of shifts and hours available including some full time positions. This will also include weekends.

You will assist in the daily running of Gather including greeting guests, taking orders, setting up and clearing down and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the bistro at all times.

We’re looking for hard working team players who will provide a level of service that will exceed our customer’s expectations.

Bar team at Gather

Know your Espresso from your Americano? Or your Pinot Noir from your Merlot? We have two full time hours and some flexible working hours at our bar in Gather.

Experience not necessary as full training provided.

Assistant Front of House Manager at GG’s Yard

This role will assist our Front of House Manager for events and weddings at GG’s Yard and will be from July onwards. You will be responsible for setting up and clearing down at events and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the venue at all times.

We’re looking for hard working team players who will provide an exceptional level of service. Our team will work hard to ensure our guests have the most memorable and special day.
